It was smooth. The interviewer made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the session. She was also polite and shared some of her insights and experiences while working in the company.

As I already worked for another store in a different location I didn't have to attend to a second interview. Once I got it, there was a induction day talking about the business, its mission and values.

Usually have a group interview, and then have an individual one with two managers. They will ask you situational questions, and then questions about yourself. Received a call back the next day.
