Simple and no red flags, waited in the staff room and then got led into the managers office for about 20 minutes. Asked me general questions and made me feel at ease. Got the job offer not longer after the interview.

Great! Would love to interview here for any job at any time. Boss is good and balance too. Multiple rounds but all work just fine and will go back. Maybe in future again.

As I already worked for another store in a different location I didn't have to attend to a second interview. Once I got it, there was a induction day talking about the business, its mission and values.

Usually have a group interview, and then have an individual one with two managers. They will ask you situational questions, and then questions about yourself. Received a call back the next day.
