I applied online and about a week later got an email inviting me for an interview.
When i arrived i went to the customer service department and told them i was there for an interview. One of the ladies took me upstairs to the canteen to wait for the manager, she was very friendly and wished me luck in my interview.
After about 5 minutes the manager came and took me to a room for a one to one interview. Overall it was pretty easy and laid back and i felt very at ease during the whole process, id done my research on here so i knew what kind of questions would probably come up.

Once you apply for the job you got to give an assessment. try and answer the best way you can. in a week's time you will get a call asking about your availability. interview is simple and easy. Talk about your skills and good communication.

Interviewer was nice however they called me in expecting me to work days and hours that didn't match the advertised contract. I explained that I wasn't able to meet with them with their expected hours so we than eneded the interview early.
