Applied online, then received voicemail a few days later from the store inviting for interview later that week. Arrived at the store and was shown to the canteen where i was told to wait. at my interview time, a supervisor came along and took me into the interview room. Interviewed by the Assistant Manager for the store and a floor supervisor in the managers office. took around 30 minutes.

One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"

In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
