For me they emailed me for where to go, so I had to go to the customer service desk and ask for the person interviewing. They then took me up to the break room/canteen.
i got there 10 minuted before the interview was meant to start but the interviewer (HR Manager) was 20 minutes late. The interview lasted 20 minutes.

They give you scenarios and ask how you would act or deal in these different situations. They talk about the general stuff like whats going to be involved with the job e.g. what hours you'll like to work, uniform, how much you'll get paid etc.

Once you apply for the job you got to give an assessment. try and answer the best way you can. in a week's time you will get a call asking about your availability. interview is simple and easy. Talk about your skills and good communication.

Interviewer was nice however they called me in expecting me to work days and hours that didn't match the advertised contract. I explained that I wasn't able to meet with them with their expected hours so we than eneded the interview early.
