On my interview I had questions about situations that you can encounter on the sales floor. Many related to helping customers, like what would you do to help a customer who ask about an outfit, or the location of the shoes department, something like that.

I did online application and I had to pass online assmeng test. Then they call me for interview . I attended interview and answered all the questions confidently. Within 1 weeks got email from them.
Great! Very straightforward and more like a conversation rather than an interview. Overall, it lasted around 30 minutes with the usual questions being asked. Thankfully there was no group interview as I always find those to be very off putting.

Quick and easy to apply for. Originally Applied online via their website to then get invited to a big group interview. Multiple interviewers and called your name out for you to then complete the interview. Quite informal. Then got invited to an external training/induction day outside of the workplace
