First round interview was much like any other after a phone interview. The second round was a TeachBack- a short presentation/training to gauge audience engagement and how you present. The interview process was fine. However, the lack of communication from the hiring team was disappointing. After multiple weeks, after being told that someone would reach out, I finally sent an email to check in. I received an immediate response to let me know that they were currently on hold for hiring for their L&D team.
