Interviews started off with a couple video calls and then an in-person visit. The president not only got my current location wrong, he first got my name wrong, then in person confused my name with his and finally after waiting hours, started to fall asleep during the in person interview. Looks like a great place to work except for him. Later received a very impersonal email saying they were going with another candidate, which is odd because I dont think there were other candidates. Totally wasted a trip...

Extremely off putting. Somewhat organized not really though. Almost like good cop/ bad cop interrogations at the end. Any answer you provide does not seem good enough. Felt like the typical “Prove that you’re worth more than what the company is willing to pay so we can take advantage of you.” While interacting with the owner the vibe although seemingly pleasant gives off an “I’m used to getting what I want. The way I want. If you can’t anticipate my needs stop wasting my time.”
