The first round was pretty straightforward. The interviewer asked basic questions about .Net questions along with team management strategies. The second round was an on-site practical test. The problem/requirements they gave, seemed a bit much considering the allocated time. I think I fulfilled all the requirements, but they never got back. My experience was positive (at least so far I went).
