The interview process was pretty quick. Spoke to the recruiter, and the following day was set up with the hiring manager. Manager stated that HR would be calling with the next steps because she was ready to make an offer. After that, everything went quiet. I reached out to the recruiter who set up the interview.. Nothing. Reached out to the hiring manager. .. Nothing. I really don’t understand how or why companies do this!
Only two interviews which was a nice change from other places having 4 or 5 rounds. Friendly, answered any questions I had. Also kept be in the loop after by email and quick response.

Long and drawn out interview process. Last round of interviews was a group panel that was over an hour and a half long which felt like an interrogation. One question after another. Not personable and uptight. After the final interview, employer ghosted and never got back to me even after sending a follow up email a week after. Not respectful of your time and very unprofessional. Reposting the same job over and over while having hundreds of applicants each time is a major red flag. Employers need to stop wasting others time.
