Was interviewed for over an hour, interviewer was lovely however asked quite standardised questions and showed limited understanding for training and development. Finally the salary was well below market rate and absolutely zero movement on flexibility. But the icing was to waste my professional time and expertise and then to GHOST me afterwards. Have the professionalism to contact all applicants you interview and let them know. You wasted over an hour of my time, in asking meaningless questions!
