Very friendly, laid back, comfortable interview. I chatted with the director for about 20 min, then spent 20 min in a class playing with the children. Was never asked any "typical" interview questions (a.k.a. list strengths and weaknesses) was really more just a conversation. After that was offered the position on the spot.

The interview process was smooth, questions were relevant and opportunities were allowed for me to ask questions of my own. Once an offer is made, sufficient time was allowed to consider/ ask any further questions prior to accepting, didn’t feel rushed, which was good. They walk you through the rest of the way. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
