Started with an initial phone screening
Followed up with an in person meeting that included interview with the director and then a portion spent in the classroom to observe how we interact with the students, etc.
In person, on-site, first interview with an administrator and then with the owner of the center. Was given a paper to fill up details including work experience, education, and salary expectation.
