Typical interview, sat down with production manager first, discussed company with him and then sat down with director of engineering and discussed job role in detail with them, and toured facility

First call was just a normal HR screen. Second call was scheduled, company ghosted me during the call, sent follow up email and haven't heard anything back. Extremely unprofessional all around.
