Went in for 1st interview. Mostly technical, didn't ask many personality questions. Did a few tests on Java, C++, etc. Also looked at resume, asked questions about coding history, education, general experience. They were looking for someone with more experience, I think. Also asked for salary expectations. I didn't get the feeling they were looking to hire anyone at the time.
