First a phone interview with recruiter, then another Phone interview, 2 on 1, behavioral questions. The interview with the recruiter was very casual, more just giving information on the intern position and what other events the interns had outside of the workplace. The second interview was with 2 financial controllers. It was strictly behavioral, and both were very friendly. The interview was almost conversational, but still professional. The recruiter called me back in 2 hours and offered me the position. Overall experience was very positive!
