Unimpressive interview. It's rude to bring "elephants" into the interview. When someone applies for a position where the salary is listed, they're fully aware of what the salary is and there's no reason to even mention it in a negative way. If you feel they deserve more, keep that to yourself and be impressed they were interested in your low paying position.

Entrevista
After my application I heard back from them in a weeks time. HR calls and does a short phone screening. Phone call goes very well. She then follows up with an email saying that she is scheduling an interview with their *filtered out and censored* which to me is extremely weird. This was a simple QA/BA position and I wanted to meet with the team, I was hoping to get a feel for the work and the product. Instead I am handed immediately to what is essentially the CEO. I found it extremely unorganized and counter productive. The interview itself was fine. He seem uninterested and unknowledgeable. I am not sure he understood what the product I would be working on does nor could he give me any information about the team. I understand that his day-to-day probably doesn't directly touch the product, teams, or stakeholders involved with this position, but then don't be the person doing interviews. Honestly it came off as very unprofessional. I am giving them a rating of "very difficult" not because I feel like the questions were hard, but because I think they have a hard time understanding how normal businesses operate. In addition to this, like many before me I was ghosted after the interview. I hope they find a new HR department and some better leadership. I will be avoiding them and their products in the meantime.

Screening was 11/22/2024. Interview occurred on 11/26/2024. Ghosted after the interview. A follow-up email was sent to the Human Resource Manager of PrintMail Solutions on 12/17/2024. No response was received.
