The process started with an initial phone screen with one of the Senior Software Developers. It wasn't a technical interview and they just wanted to get to know me. He was very nice and professional. The next interview was in person with the same developer. He asked a few verbal technical questions, but nothing difficult, mainly about my technical background and personality. The senior dev then gave me a walkthrough and talked a lot about the company culture. They had some really fancy printing machines, since they are a printing company. After this, I was called in to meet the CTO a few days later. He asked about my background, and technical skills. The CTO also asked me to write a random function algorithm, which wasn't too bad. They are particular on how you model the data when you are writing code, so make sure you prepare for this.
Overall, even though I didn't get selected, the process went very smooth and they were very nice. They made me feel comfortable. A small company with about 5 devs, but they are growing very quickly and have a great team.
