I applied through a third party recruiter, as they do not recruit for themselves. I was instructed to make a video CV, I made 2 just to be sure, 1 was taken on and an interview requested (awkwardly my less serious one) I had no prior contact to the team until the day of the interview. The interview was very awkward, very odd placement of furniture, they did the temp scan but then all covid seemed to not exist. I even heard them discussing foul about an employee who was having transport difficulties, and their earliest bus couldn't get them in.
