3 rounds interview ,self introduction round, technical round, manager they take interview then director round.last HR round .if they ok they will select or else they reject.and here lots of politics is there

Convoluted and unnecessarily burdensome - interviewer rescheduled appointment various times, making difficult to properly prepare; Interview itself was average (very mundane questions asked) and could tell that the interviewer had not reviewed applicant materials (resume, cover letter, etc) which caused me to decline offer
