I had a video interview initially, which was very straight forward and simple. I got called a couple of days after to be invited to an assessment morning, which was made up of around 10 people. We carried out various tasks as well as being told a little about the company itself and the role which we were applying for. After the assessment day, I was contacted for a second interview, which required me to create a presentation on a topic of my choice that has to last around 5 minutes, after I presented I had my second interview with Tom and Pat. It was after this interview that I was offered the role.

After speaking on the phone and conducting a very casual phone interview, I was asked to send in a video interview which consisted of four, 1-minute answer, questions. The next morning, I was phoned and told that I was successful in getting through to the next stage and was booked onto an assessment day the following week. In this assessment day, we took part in several group tasks, a psychometric test, an elevator pitch, as well as a mock interview with one of the managers whereby I was doing the interview and the manager was pretending to be a candidate. After being successful in the interview day, I was invited into the office to do a presentation about something I am passionate about and have a one-to-one interview afterwards. I was informed I was successful in getting the job there and then.
