Interview consisted of 3 Zoom video calls with 3 different people followed by an in person panel of 6 people to present a case study on a hypothetical customer/scenario as assigned by Pro-Vigil. You also have to present a 30/60/90 plan which can be challenging for someone who doesn't know the ins and outs of the company processes and expectations. You're pretty much shooting from the hip. The interviews themselves were not difficult. The case study wasn't too bad, again considering not having any direct knowledge of full product suite and company protocols. The panel were nice people but it seems like they were all asking the same questions. Then called back a few days later to ask the same questions again. They were also so impressed with my PowerPoint presentation that they asked me if I could send it to them and if I was willing to help with more when brought on. They were back and forth on what salary range was and would not divulge the commission and comp structure. Nice people but they are obviously confused as to what they are looking for. I was more than qualified for this position but made it clear that I would prefer an Outside Sales position of which I am equally qualified for. I just saw a bunch of red flags and decided that even if offered the position, I was going to decline. I was notified 2 weeks later that they decided to go in a different direction. That same day, I saw a post for an Outside Sales Rep on LinkedIn. Pretty disappointing but like I said, too many red flags. At one point I had informed them that I was withdrawing my name as a candidate but they convinced me to proceed in the process. I wish them the best.
