Had to take a 2 hour exam consisting of open ended word problems related to network engineering and systems administration. Then had two rounds of interviews discussing previous work experience, device/system experience, describing good times and hard times of previous experiences and projects. Was told there would be a third round interview that involved presenting on a assigned topic but was ghosted after second interview, even though I received praise from the company after each interview step.
