Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela ProHealth Homecare (San Jose, CA) em fev. de 2023
Entrevista
Pretty much no phone interview, invited to come onsite. Normal interview except they insisted I give them my info for a background check before being offered a position on first onsite interview. Red flag, did it but upset about it. Also insisted I give references even though no talk of next steps initiated. Found that odd. The reason I'm writing a review is because I supplied the private info they asked for, yet I was not even emailed a rejection email to let me know they passed. They are very unprofessional and if you expect respect as a candidate you will be disappointed. As a recruiter I always treat a candidate with enough respect to inform them we have passed, specially if they have taken the time to come onsite and interview. This is basic common courtesy and this company doesn't have it. Unprofessional behavior exhibited and if this happened in just one onsite interview I can't imagine the level of disrespect given as employee with these folk as my managers. Hard pass on this company if you expect to be treated like a professional.

I got an answer within 2 weeks but i declined the offer. I finished 2 interviews one in person and the second interview was over the phone with the administrator. I didn’t take the position because i did not like the culture of the company and the reviews.
The interview was quick and they asked you a few previous working experiences and how to deal with phone calls since they were a busy office and intake is responsible on responding all the phone calls that came in. So a strong phone communication and multitasking skills would be highly recommended.
