The interview process was rough—not because the company wasn’t organized or professional, but because they set the bar high. Each stage pushed me to think deeper, faster, and in ways I wasn’t used to.
The technical round felt like a mental marathon. The questions weren’t just about memorized facts—they were layered, requiring me to apply judgment and problem-solving under pressure. I left that round mentally exhausted but also proud that I held my own.

I interviewed with two different people one-on-one, 30 minutes each, for this position. Overall, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The interview went well and it seemed like I would get an offer. One major negative was that one of the interviewers gave feedback to the talent agency I was interviewing through, and they said that I was on my phone for a good chunk of the interview. This was not true at all and the interviewer made no effort to clear up this misunderstanding. They did not confront me face-to-face during the interview and did not follow up with me when I sent a thank you note. It was just an extremely weird thing to mention to someone else but not to the interviewee. It made the process way more stressful, as well as ruined my standing with the recruiter at the talent agency.

Super friendly and inviting. Gave a really nice tour of the complex and made me feel welcomed. The interviewer was very open and responsive to questions and answered them fully.
