Had 2 interviews and took a basic skills test. First interview was with 4 people that were all from IT at different levels. They just asked me about my career experience, handling conflicts with coworkers, etc. Was pretty typical, not really a technical interview at all. The skills test was pretty easy, if you can't get through it you probably don't have any business being in IT. It was that easy.
