Had a phone call interview where I could ask questions too. I then got invited to a face to face interview which was with the team leader and one of the directors. They were really friendly and put me at ease. They told me a bit about the company and more about the role too.

Applied with covering letter and CV through a recruitment agency.
Initial informal interview with the Director, which was more of a chat about the company and position.
Second interview with the Operations Manager, who asked some competency questions and had a general conversation about the job role.
