I applied through a job website and got a call to invite me to an interview with the director a couple of days later. Upon arriving the office staff seemed very friendly. I was invited into the seperate room and asked some generic questions followed by an informal chat that lasted around 30 minutes. At this point I was offered the position if I was willing to come back a couple of days later for a taster session and both myself and the member of staff I was with were satisfied I would be a good fit for the position.
