(this was initial HR call) Recruiter came 5 mins late (with no apologies) to a call and the conversation went like this: R:Tell me something about yourself Me: What do you want to know? you want to hear about projects I was involved in or technologies R: Doesn't matter just tell something about you .... Tried to sell myself here ... R: I will ask you few technical questions: ... then he asked some questions which were not connected with technologies I've been working on nor the position i was applying for... 15 minutes after a call I've decided to quit the recruitment process, because the guy was straightly disrespectfull.
