I applied online. They contacted me through email to arrange a phone interview. The interview lasted 15-20 minutes. Most of the questions were based on my CV, so make sure to know it well and be able to ellaborate on it. The woman on the phone was kind, but at the end of the interview she started describing the company and she was speaking too fast. They also told me I would hear back in the next week but they replied after one month. I think there was supposed to be a second stage of interviews.
