I applied online and was contacted by the HR recruiter about a week later. I went through an initial phone screening and was moved forward to a managerial interview. The QA manager was very nice and asked some great questions about experience and attitude and gave me some terrific insight into the role and responsibilities. After that, I was asked to come in for an on-site round of interviews. I arrived for a morning tour of the gorgeous Procore HQ facilities and then waited for the interviews to begin. Four in total and all different. Some focused more on how I'd fit into the culture and others were more focused on the job and tasks I'd encounter. There was one that turned into a whiteboard session to work out specs for a website and that was fun. All in all I thought it went smoothly and everyone was professional and friendly in their demeanor.
