Applied online in November.
1 phone call in late January, live coding challenge in early February, another live coding challenge in late February. Both coding challenges were difficult, didn't finish one of them, but the Procore employee live with me was the nicest interviewer I've ever had. The coding challenge in late February was accompanied by a quick 20-min Skype call with two other Procore employees who asked questions similar to the first phone call I had.
A week later, they asked to schedule a call with me in the next day or two (had no idea if they were going to offer me a job or reject me over the phone). Ended up being offered the job which I accepted on the spot.

Entrevista
I was first sent a coding challenge to do and the recruiter got back to me within a few days to schedule my phone screen. Then I had a technical round of pair coding with an engineering manager. The onsite for me was a mix of technical and behavioral. Procore's team did an amazing job of communicating the steps and directions along the way. The recruiters are very responsive generally and will answer all your questions in a timely and professional manner.

Applied online, recruiter reached out to me and had two quick phone screens, and then there was one 30 minute coding interview. Afterwards they reached out for an onsite, which was 1 coding interview as well as 2 more general culture ones.
