Entrevista
Interviewed two times on phone. Then flown to HQ to interview. All interviews fairly casual. Final interview in other office. Everyone no-showed final interview but I saw 2 out of 3 people I was supposed to interview with walking around office not looking busy. Then got the standard automated rejection email from recruiter. No feedback. Strange process.

Entrevista
30 min hiring screen with HR, 30 min hiring manager, 4 30 min interviews with managers/directors from the overall business unit from which you would be working. In the beginning, good timing and transparency then after the panel interview they go radio silent. Many of the people do not respond to thank you notes. Overall, seemed like they had an internal they selected from the beginning
