Second was the team lead, she was more about Procore, the transition between where I had been and talk to the tools that I had used on a day to day in the construction industry with Procore. Third was another manager from the headquarter in Carpinteria. He was all about culture, what I was interested in and what made me the person I am outside of work. Procure is huge on culture and this was where as n interviewee you can show what kind of person you are and what interest you the most.
