I have interviewed twice with Procore after being contacted by recruiters. The first time was Nov/Dec 2021 and went through 4 rounds of interviews. The second time was this week with just 1 hiring manager. Come to find out, they never hired anyone during the first round, but apparently all 4 people had really positive feedback. Not sure why the recruiters reached out the second time if they weren't actually interested in hiring me.

I got an email to set up an interview two weeks after applying. After scheduling at an open time slot, my interview was rescheduled without explanation and had to be pushed back two weeks due to my schedule conflicts. When we finally when we did talk, my interviewer seemed to be calling from a loud construction site and already seem to have no interest in what I had to say. I expected better from seeing the company reviews but it was a waste of my time and very unprofessional.
