The interview questions were pretty bland, both HR and the hiring manager did not get me excited about the role or the company. What I found odd though was how tired everyone seemed during interviews. HR sounded absolutely exhausted. Hiring manager seemed bored, she kept yawning during the interview and cutting my answers short, I barely even got time to ask questions. It's really hard as a candidate to sound excited about the job when the interviewer is constantly yawning at your answers. If I'm not a great fit, just say so. I understand sometimes people are tired, but both interviewers yawning made me think the culture of the company might not be so nice to employees. I'm certain if it was the other way around, I would seem very unprofessional. Needless to say I withdrew from the process.

Entrevista
First there is a 30 minute recruiter call that then determines if you speak with the hiring manager.
Next is a 30-45 call with the hiring manager. This is more of a get to know you but there may be a few background and behavioral questions.
There is then a panel interview. 30 minutes with each person. There was two people for mine but could be more. This will be a lot of behavioral questions.
Last stage is a mock demo where you will do a procore demonstration for a mock construction team.
Overall the process took 2 months from applying to offer.

Into/ recruiter interview Hiring manager Panel Everyone was nice enough and conversational but they seemed more interested in construction experience ( I have a mix in different industries of both SE and construction). I will say most I've talked to made it sound like their days were extremely jampacked and hectic. Since I had a mix of both const. and SE but still passed on me Im guessing they don't do a ton of training after the fact/ during onboarding and looking for someone that's very specific
