You have to fill out an online application on P&G's website. After this initial process, they will send an email invite for the second interview with the direct supervisor. During the interview with the direct supervisors, they will ask a lot of questions. After this, there is another round interview.

It was honestly a draining experience. After the assessment and initial screening, I had to go through three rounds of interviews: two of which are online and the last one on-site at their office. I managed to reach the final round but still got rejected in the end. The process felt repetitive since every round focused heavily on behavioral and situational questions. They kept stressing the use of “I” and wanted every answer to highlight personal impact, which made the whole thing feel more like a test of wording than actual skills.
