Es un proceso algo estresante pero después del examen todo es más sencillo. En las entrevistas son muy amables mientras tu seas genuino. Son preguntas respecto a retos personales y escolares. Mi consejo es mantenerte confiado y tranquilo
El proceso de selección fue bastante largo: alrededor de 3 meses de espera, 3 entrevistas y aproximadamente 6 horas en total hablando con diferentes personas. Al final, la propuesta consistía en unas prácticas no remuneradas y la decisión fue negativa. Creo que el proceso podría ser más ágil y transparente para evitar invertir tanto tiempo por ambas partes.

5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
