They make you do some sort of game before the interview where you choose colors and numbers. It was not a good way to get to know someone. This process needs to be inmproved.

Application, Assessment, Video Interview. Assessment was one of the hardest things I have done to just get video interview at a company. Takes extreme accuracy and focus to complete. Video Interview is what would be expected for any company.
