Consists of a thirty minute behavioral interview round, thirty minute situational questions round. There's only one interviewer. Mainly asks about your own experiences. Asks about your leadership experiences and and the challenges you faced in your academic career.

After I applied, I had to complete an online assessment. Part of it was a personality test, and the other part was a memory test (dots appeared on the screen, and then some of them were colored for a matter of miliseconds, then you were presented with the empty dots and you had to select them in order.
