I applied online and through a recruiter. The complete selection process took more than 4 weeks. They have a technical round, with very simple questions. The very step included a brief Telephonic Assessment where one person from HR team called me up, tested my communication skills, asked about my salary expectations etc. then there was - HR Round, Technical Writing, Face to Face Technical Interview
