An exceptionally rigorous yet rewarding interview process that effectively evaluates the core competencies of a PM consultant. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the interviewers at every stage.

The interview process was well-structured and organized, with each stage clearly communicated in advance. It started with an HR interview, followed by a case study, then a presentation of the case to the team. Afterwards, I had reference calls before the final stage. The team was always friendly, supportive, and professional, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I especially appreciated that they gave constructive feedback, even if you don’t get the offer. While the multiple steps can feel challenging, they ensure the company and candidate are the right fit for each other.
