A lot of interview process, multiple steps. It was for an executive assistant position, so 4 interviews seemed unnecessary. Staff were friendly, but multiple interviews had similar questions and didn't seem necessary. The company seemed like it was fairly new, (10-20 years) and structures were a bit vague. I wish the interviews were more focused on administrative side and how well the interviewee can do it instead of how knowledgeable they were about the company.
