I found the job posting on Indeed.com and applied very easily with a resume and cover letter. My cover letter addressed specifically what was being asked for in the job description. I had an initial phone interview with an HR representative, where they asked me just a bit more about my experience and interest in the position. I was then called in for an in-person interview which went well. Then, I had a second and final interview and received a job offer via phone soon after.
