I was asked a few basic questions. Shadowed another operator. I was provided a week training and excelled in three days. Most operators need the entire week and trainers are lack and do not provide solid training, always goof off. Supervisors do not care. Most new employees would not last. High turnover.

Starts off with a timed tests for typing, spelling and active listening. Then you sit with the HR representative where she asks basic how would you handle this situation based questions.
