The process was good. Brian was a really nice interviewer. He mostly asked me questions about my personal experiences in IT and problems I had solved. He also showed me the circuit board and the equipment he maintained as an IT professional. The overall experience was a good one. He asked what kind of software I had used during my time at the IT desk, and he asked what kind of IT work I liked doing.
