Two interview process. 1st Intv w/ Seniors and Associate in the group. Be prepared with ideas on what they're doing, not doing, and how it could be better. 2nd Intv w/ same group, plus a Co-Founder. Everyone was very personable, very respectful. I was probably just less prepared than other applicants - would recommend for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and who believes in the progressive cause.

The first interview was an initial screener, then an interview with the head of tech and then a final interview with co-founders. At no point was there any time for myself to ask any questions in any of those three interviews. My last interview was the most chaotic interview I’ve ever had. One of the founders outright refused to engage for most of the interview because there was a child in the room. All of the participants clearly hadn’t thought about any structure for the interview which led to a very chaotic experience. By the end of the interview, I think it was clear to everyone that it was a huge waste of time and they should have at least touched bases prior. I was ultimately ghosted and never heard back.
