In the six months I’ve spent job hunting, this company has churned out so many postings they’re basically keeping LinkedIn’s servers warm. The turnover rate here isn’t a red flag. It’s a red banner, a red parade, a red festival.
How bad is it? Their own recruiter, the person they HIRED to sell people on working there, pulled me aside to warn me about the unrealistic expectations and laughable work-life balance.
That’s the corporate equivalent of a travel agent telling you not to book the trip.
Toss in the Glassdoor reviews about in-office “senior staff relationships” (you know the kind) and layoffs handed out like party favors with zero explanation, and you’ve got yourself a workplace that’s somehow worse than it looks on paper.
Loyalty here is a one-way street, and it’s a dead end.
Hard pass.
