Entrevista
April 4: Application online completed along with assessment that took around 45 minutes.
April 6: Invited by email to schedule a phone interview, which I scheduled for April 11th.
April 11: Phone interview completed.
April 13: Got an email that I moved on to the f2f interview which would be April 15th. Also received email to start the process for the background check.
April 15th: Face-to-Face (f2f) interview at Progressive office. Was told within 7 DAYS I would be notified of results.
April 25: Notified that I did not receive job offer.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
