I applied directly through their website for an available position. After applying I received an email to take an online test. The online test had mostly behavioral questions and a couple of math questions. After passing the online test I received an email asking to schedule an over the phone interview. The Interview was scheduled for the following week. The interviewer called on time asked why progressive? Asked about prior employers and about 5 different behavioral questions. After the phone interview I was told that they wanted to move me to the next process of a face to face interview. I was contacted the following day by the same recruiter who conducted the phone interview to schedule a face to face interview the following week. The in person interview was contacted the same way as the phone interview with about 8 or so behavioral questions. Both individuals were hard to read throughout the interview and when I left I was honestly not sure if they would select me. About two days later I received a call that I was being offered the job contingent on the background results. Think of your past experience and have someone do a mock interview to the questions you can find on this site. Answer the questions in STAR format. This is what helped me greatly during my interviews.

Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it
